The Rollo Tapestry was made by a few people who worked for several years in designing and creating this work without pay.

The Rollo Tapestry is owned by a not-for-profit association that is responsible for the work's safekeeping and showing in museums and in other public venues around the world, in order to promote knowledge of the history of Normandy and the Vikings and to bring alive the arts and crafts of yesteryear.
